I spotted an article on this artist's work and could not wait to get to Stephanie Kuen's exhibition. Her work is bold, bright and naive. The paintings depict life in the kampong when she was growing up.
Here the family are relaxing on the verandah of their home chatting, having a cup of tea and enjoying kampong life.
